My name is VATIKA VATS

I am a Hath, Ashtanga Yoga Instructor and Assistant Therapist. I have represented India at the UNIVERSAL YOGA SPORTS FEDERATION World Yoga Cup. I have received yoga training from renounced institutions like Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga, Indian Institute of Ancient Sciences and Samyak yoga.

During your classes, you will be under my care and I will make sure that you get the best training & leaves as a transformed person.

Yoga Dhaama Retreat, Srirangpatna, located 10 kms away from the historic city of Mysore is blessed by mother nature. The retreat is situated at the banks of Cauvery River and is surrounded by greenery. You will spend 5 days in the lap of nature practicing yoga and following the ancient culture & learning the philosophy of Yoga.

Yoga Class  :  6:30 am to 7:45 am
Pranayama  :  8:00 am to 8:30 am
Breakfast     :  8:30 am to 10:00 am
Philosophy  :  10:00 am to 11:15 am
Break           :  11:15 am to 12:00 pm
Activities     :  12:00 pm to 1:30 pm
Lunch          :  1:30 pm to 4:30 pm
Yoga Class  :  4:30 pm to 6:00 pm
Break           :  6:00 pm to 6:30 pm
Kirtan           :  6:30 pm to 7:30 pm
Dinner         :  7:30 pm to 8:30 pm
